Ethnicity and Race Indicator (ERI) Ethnicity and Race Indicator (ERI) data is now available via our new Diversity Cubes.  The new ERI data element became available in March 2006. Please note:  Measure values for this cube (employment count, average salary, and average length of service) are suppressed for all tables/crosstabs depicting small cells (i.e. employment count is less than 4).  All measure values will appear as "NA" across all available dimensions when employment counts are "less than 4". See our Diversity Cube description for dimensions (workforce characteristics) available for analysis via our Diversity Cubes. The dimension hierarchy for Ethnicity and Race Indicator is as follows: Minority Not H/L & American Indian and Alaskan Native Not H/L & Asian Not H/L & Black/African American Not H/L & Native Hawaiian or Pacific Islander Not H/L & Of More Than One Race Hispanic/Latino (H/L) H/L & American Indian and Alaskan Native H/L & Asian H/L & Black/African American H/L & Native Hawaiian or Pacific Islander H/L & White H/L & Of More Than One Race Non-minority Not H/L & White Unspecified If you need additional ERI data, send an email to FedScope@opm.gov.  Include a detailed description of the data you need.
